We’ll use this campaign to become more sophisticated leaders and solve harassment, bullying and micro-aggressions without waiting for anyone else to take the lead.
Through three workshops within the year that build on each other, we’ll dive deep into experiential exercises that release emotional charge and expand your resilience skills. You’ll feel lighter, more resourceful and confident. The workshops are carefully curated spaces where you’ll explore, process, reinterpret and transform any unwanted events or interactions into experiences that empower your leadership. If this sounds like a lot to you, you’re not alone. The workshops are designed to make this process easier through fun exercises that integrate a lot of learning simultaneously. You’ll develop the inner power to see and experience events without “taking in” their emotional charge and lead the situation without skipping a beat.

In addition to practicing new skills and getting good at them, you’ll design + share strategy cards with empowering ways you’ve learned to transform undesired interactions or situations. By sharing them with others, you’ll teach what you’ve learned and positively influence the way bullying and harassment are resolved in your team and in time, the entire tech industry.
